Rates
 At BuyandSellart.com we offer a friendly and informed professional service to our sellers. Upon submitting your artwork for sale to BuyandSellart.com the following charges will apply.
Handling Charge: We have an initial handling charge to cover administration, storage, photography, insurance costs etc. However, on completion of the sale of your artwork we will refund 50% of this charge against the sales commission listed below.
Commission Rate: Our sales commission rates, are extremely competitive, compounded by the fact that we do not charge any buyers premium on your artwork. This offers you, the owner, the opportunity to yield a much higher return from your artwork investment. This is a new and innovative service which we have made available to sellers of all artwork not currently available in what has been a very traditional market.
Artist's Resale Rights (Droit de Suite): Following the European Communities (Artist's Resale Right) Regulations 2006, a royalty must be levied on all individual work by living artists of European Union nationality sold for €3,000 or more. The current rate is 4% on artwork sold for €3,000 to €50,000. For full details refer to our terms and conditions.
BuyandSellart.com do not impose any hidden charges and all our rates include VAT.

Up to €2,000 € 80 12% or min €125
€2,000 - €4,000 € 100 11% or min €240
€4,000 - €6,000 € 120 10% or min €440
€6,000 - €8,000 € 140 9% or min €600
€8,000 - €10,000 € 160 8% or min €720
€10,000 - €20,000 € 180 7% or min €800
€20,000 + 1% 6% or min €1,400
We refund 50% of the handling charge when sale complete.
